The opportunity: your next adventure awaits
We are creating an EY-Parthenon Portugal Business Hub, designed to support teams across the Europe West region in delivering high-quality Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) engagements and strategic market assessments.
As a Commercial Due Diligence, you will play a key role in this strategic initiative, supporting transaction-related projects by assessing market dynamics, competitive positioning, customer trends, and growth opportunities. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams across EY-Parthenon, including strategy consultants, sector specialists, and deal professionals, to deliver insights that support investment decisions and create value for clients.
Through rigorous analysis, hypothesis-driven problem solving, and exposure to a wide range of industries, you will contribute to providing private equity investors and corporate clients with actionable recommendations in high-stakes transaction environments.
Key Responsibilities

Supporting the delivery of Commercial Due Diligence projects by conducting high-quality, insightful, and data-driven analyses;

Conducting assessments of market attractiveness, competitive positioning, growth opportunities, customer dynamics, and key value drivers of target companies;

Supporting day-to-day client interactions and collaborating with EY-Parthenon professionals across multiple geographies;

Contributing to proposal development, business development initiatives, capability presentations, and thought leadership efforts;

Collaborating effectively within diverse and international teams while promoting EY-Parthenon’s culture and values.

- Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Management, or a related field;

Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical capabilities;

Full professional proficiency in Portuguese and English;

Availability to work in Portugal and collaborate with international teams across multiple geographies;
- Availability to start in September 2026.
