We are looking for a Technical Expert in Application Support to join a dynamic team responsible for maintaining and supporting critical business applications. This role combines technical troubleshooting, automation, and close interaction with business stakeholders, ensuring high availability and performance of key systems.

Provide application support for business-critical platforms (eFrame & Aggregator)
- Handle support requests, incidents, and information inquiries
- Ensure incident resolution within SLA, including production issues
- Troubleshoot infrastructure-related problems in collaboration with network and IT teams
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders during major incidents
- Automate deployment and configuration processes for improved efficiency
- Manage application installations and parametrization across UAT, Preproduction, and Production environments
- Support business needs and analyze new requirements
- Perform impact analysis for change requests and coordinate implementations
- Contribute to infrastructure activities (DR tests, backup/restore, certificate renewals)
- Develop and execute test plans to validate system changes
- Ensure compliance with security, controls, and data privacy standards
- Participate in capacity planning and FinOps optimization initiatives
- Provide occasional support during critical periods (including limited weekend coverage)

Minimum 3 years of experience in application support or similar roles
- Strong experience with Java and/or C# development
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms (especially Azure)
- Experience with Shell Scripting
- Familiarity with SQL Server and/or MongoDB
- Understanding of security best practices in development and deployment
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (nice to have)
- Experience in software configuration and installation (eFrame/CleverSoft is a plus)
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
