As our Senior Email Marketing Campaign Lead, you will own the strategic direction, performance, and optimization of our email and push campaigns across 20+ global markets. By transforming our established operations through analytical rigor and structured experimentation, you will directly accelerate Holafly's global growth and support our transition to an app-first product experience.
Drive the strategic roadmap for global email and push campaigns, translating business objectives and historical data into high-performing engagement initiatives.
Own the global experimentation roadmap, designing and executing statistically valid A/B tests to systematically solve conversion and CTR gaps.
Establish advanced KPI frameworks and actionable performance dashboards to measure revenue attribution, deliverability, and long-term LTV impact.
Lead campaign performance reporting, delivering actionable insights and recommendations and optimization when need it.
Optimise audience segmentation logic and deliverability health across multiple regions, ensuring high list hygiene and sender reputation.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Content Team Lead and email specialist, experimentation owners and CRM Department.
6+ years of senior experience managing high-volume email marketing campaigns across multi-market geographies.
Advanced proficiency with Tier-1 ESPs, with a strong preference for Klaviyo expertise.
Strong data-driven mindset with proven mastery of A/B testing methodologies and statistical validation.
Deep technical knowledge of deliverability protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and behavioural audience segmentation.
Professional fluency in English with exceptional cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
Advance knowledge of Looker, Tableau, or GA4.
Experience in the travel, e-commerce, or mobile app sectors.
