What You'll Do
The Evaluation team within Partner Services Group (PSG) shapes how BCG recognizes, evaluates, and supports its MDPs. Working at the center of the firm's annual evaluation cycle, the team partners closely with BCG leadership, the Partner Performance Management Team (PPMT), and other senior stakeholders to strengthen evaluation processes, governance, and decision-making across the Partnership.
As PSG Manager - MDP Evaluation, you will lead key projects and initiatives that support the firm's approach to MDP evaluation. You'll contribute to how BCG evaluates and develops its senior leaders by leading high-impact projects, coordinating initiatives across the evaluation technology and AI ecosystem, and driving cross-functional initiatives that improve evaluation frameworks, governance, and stakeholder experience. Success in this role requires strong project leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to build trusted relationships across a complex, global organization.
In this role, you will:

Lead change initiatives across the MDP evaluation landscape to strengthen the MDP experience, sharpen performance incentives and/or support the evolution of performance expectations as needed to future-proof BCG.

Lead and coordinate strategic workstreams within the PI2030 Task Force, collaborating with senior leaders to advance key topics and translate ideas into execution plans.

Coordinate key initiatives across the evaluation technology and AI ecosystem, partnering with Product and Technology teams to identify, prioritize, and implement solutions – while leading stakeholder communications and change management - to improve evaluation processes and the stakeholder experience.

Design and implement analytics, reporting, and decision-support tools that improve consistency, transparency, and effectiveness across evaluation processes.

Partner across PSG, PPMT, ODC, SPC, and other stakeholder groups to align priorities, navigate trade-offs, and deliver initiatives across the annual evaluation cycle.

Build trusted relationships with senior MDP leaders, bringing data, expertise, and sound judgment to support decision-making while driving complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation.

Who You'll Work With
You will work with the senior evaluation team, including Marie Solem, Neha Kalra, and Meredith Herbert, and be part of the broader PSG team led by Amy Glass and Ben Holden. You’ll also collaborate closely with PSG analysts and coordinators, Product teams, and senor MDP leaders across the firm.
