We are looking for an experienced COBOL Developer to join a technology team responsible for developing and maintaining critical banking applications.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong Mainframe expertise who enjoy working on enterprise-scale systems, participating in the full software development lifecycle, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a modern Agile environment.
You will contribute to the delivery of robust and high-performance solutions while supporting the evolution of mission-critical banking platforms.

Perform technical analysis of business and system requirements.
- Develop and maintain COBOL Batch and Online applications.
- Design, implement, and optimize DB2 database solutions.
- Develop and execute unit tests.
- Support functional testing activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Participate in Continuous Delivery initiatives.
- Collaborate with business analysts, testers, and development teams.
- Contribute to software quality, maintainability, and performance improvements.
- Participate in scheduled night batch support when required.
Professional Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience as a COBOL Developer.
- Previous experience working on enterprise-scale applications.
- Experience within Agile software development environments.

- Do you have previous experience in the Banking industry? (Preferred)
- Can you communicate fluently in Portuguese and confidently in English?
