You will contribute to the development, administration and continuous improvement of an internal Conversational AI Platform. The solution combines Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) capabilities with chatbot interfaces to support secure customer and partner interactions across multiple countries.
Working in an international Agile environment, you will collaborate with Tech Leads, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Data Scientists, DevOps, MLOps, AIOps, QA and Security teams. This position offers exposure to the full lifecycle of AI products, from onboarding and deployment to monitoring, incident management and continuous optimization.

Support the operation, maintenance and evolution of the Conversational AI Platform.
- Develop and integrate Conversational AI and RAG-based use cases.
- Build and maintain data pipelines using Python and Apache Airflow.
- Prepare, process and manage data using Elasticsearch.
- Develop, consume and manage APIs, including solutions based on Apigee.
- Onboard new countries and use cases, including environment creation and technical support.
- Create playbooks and reusable processes to accelerate deployments and onboarding.
- Monitor existing bots and follow up on incidents, performance and availability.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure application stability.
- Integrate new AI tools and technologies into the platform.
- Collaborate with DevOps, MLOps, AIOps, Data, QA and Security teams.
- Identify technical debt and contribute to remediation plans.
- Monitor and address security, application and dependency vulnerabilities.
- Participate actively in sprint planning, backlog reviews, daily meetings, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Use operational data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

At least five years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python.
- Experience developing and managing APIs.
- Knowledge of API management platforms, preferably Apigee.
- Experience with Data and AI pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow or similar orchestration tools.
- Understanding of RAG architectures and Conversational AI solutions.
- Experience with data preparation, preferably using Elasticsearch.
- Knowledge of the complete data lifecycle.
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD or Argo CD.
- Experience working with Agile software development methodologies.
- Knowledge of application security and secure development best practices.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments.

Experience with shell scripting and process automation.
- Experience designing and developing microservices-based applications.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps, MLOps, AIOps and private-cloud environments.
- Experience industrializing AI solutions in complex, distributed and highly secure environments.
- Familiarity with bot monitoring, incident management and platform administration.
- Understanding of compliance requirements within the financial sector.
The ideal candidate is a senior Python engineer with practical experience in Data and AI platforms, API integration, Airflow pipelines and Conversational AI or RAG solutions. You are comfortable working across development, platform administration, production support and security, and can collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders in an international environment.
You are proactive, analytical and attentive to detail, with the adaptability required to manage evolving priorities and emerging AI technologies. You also understand the importance of security, compliance and operational reliability when delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions.
