What You Will Do
Drive new business acquisition and expand existing accounts
Own and execute the full sales cycle (prospecting, pitching, negotiation and closing)
Build strong relationships with C‑level and decision makers
Manage and grow a portfolio of key clients
Recruit, place and lead engineering consultants
Act as a business owner, ensuring revenue growth and customer satisfaction
You will be fully accountable for results, with strong support from Management and HR.
At least 1 year of experience as a Business Manager in IT consulting (mandatory)
Strong hunter mindset with proven ability to generate opportunities and close deals
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluency in English and Portuguese
High autonomy, ambition and resilience
Passion for technology and consulting business
Availability to travel or temporarily relocate within Europe
