The Strategic Project Manager will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for the coordination, planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects that are essential to the organization. This role will involve collaborating with various departments within the organization, as well as potentially working with external consultants and stakeholders.
ROLE:
Identify, analyze, and address critical issues facing the company across departments;
Lead the planning, execution, and completion of strategic projects;
Work closely with department heads and the C-suite to ensure alignment of organizational efforts with strategic goals;
Produce evidence-based insights for strategy formulation;
Manage timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently;
Contribute to the company's overall strategic planning and long-term direction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Business, Engineering or similar field; MBA is highly desirable;
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, or in consultancy, project management or business strategy;
Proven ability to think strategically and analytically and solve challenging issues;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently;
Leadership and the ability to work cross-functionally and autonomously.
