The Junior Strategic Project Manager will report directly to Senior Strategic Project Managers or C-Level executives and will be responsible for the coordination, planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects that are essential to the organization. This role will involve collaborating with various departments within the organization, as well as potentially working with external consultants and stakeholders.
ROLE:
Work closely with department heads and the C-suite to ensure alignment of organizational efforts with strategic goals
Produce evidence-based insights for strategy formulation
Address critical issues facing the company across departments;
Manage timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently
QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent academic performance in Business, Economics or Engineering degree
Proven ability to think strategically and analytically and address complex problems
Leadership, high sense of responsibility and the ability to work autonomously
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently
