Job Description
Contribute to the performance of Natixis' Credit Risk Management Department as a cross-functional Risk Analyst within the Credit Risk Monitoring (CRM) team. You will work within an international team (Paris/Charenton and Porto) with the following objectives:

Governance and data quality: master and optimize the credit risk data lifecycle (governance, controls, remediations).

Regulatory and internal compliance: ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Automation & Innovation: develop and implement solutions for better data utilization and enhanced risk processes.

Committee coordination: intervention during credit risk monitoring committees.
You will play a key role in mastering credit risk, focusing on anticipating deteriorations and adhering to regulation and internal frameworks. Your missions will include:

Ensuring that our internal procedures related to linkage, segmentation, forbearance, and credit alerts are fully aligned with the regulatory framework.

Overseeing monitoring of counterparties under watchlist and refining our credit risk anticipation framework.

Ensure risk oversight through accurate management and monitoring of "grappage" (exposure classification) and limits validated during credit committees.

Participate in projects aimed at enhancing our risk management framework and automating our key processes in this area.
You will contribute to sharing the risk culture with business teams.

Qualifications
You have more than three years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a credit risk management department, a bank, or a financial institution.- Key skills and experiences include:

An excellent understanding of banking regulations related to credit risk, particularly forbearance, early warning indicators, limits and linkage (e.g., Basel III/IV, LCR, etc.).

Experience in analyzing credit portfolios, identifying early warning signals of deterioration, and implementing effective monitoring strategies.

The ability to effectively train, lead, and share complex concepts with the various teams at Natixis. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
