Customer Assistance: Handle inbound inquiries from French-speaking customers regarding vehicle reservations, rental agreements, extensions, and account queries.

Issue Resolution: Address and resolve unexpected travel challenges or billing discrepancies calmly, efficiently, and professionally.

Liaison: Coordinate with global rental hubs and internal fleet management teams to ensure seamless vehicle availability and top-tier service delivery.

Data Management: Accurately log client interactions, rental modifications, and feedback within the company's internal CRM database.

Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in French (written and spoken), combined with a good working knowledge of English.
