Conversational Agent AI platform Engineer
This is your mission
Are you passionate about Artificial Intelligence, cloud-native platforms, and building enterprise-grade conversational solutions? Then this position is for you.
As a Conversational Agent AI Platform Engineer, you will contribute to the evolution, deployment, and operation of an enterprise Conversational AI Platform supporting AI-powered business use cases in an international environment.
Build side:
Develop and enhance Conversational AI platform capabilities and enterprise chatbot solutions.
Design and implement APIs and Python-based services supporting AI use cases.
Build and maintain data pipelines using Airflow and prepare data for AI applications using Elasticsearch and related technologies.
Onboard new AI use cases and support deployments across multiple countries.
Contribute to the creation of onboarding playbooks and deployment accelerators to streamline platform adoption.
Integrate new AI technologies and continuously improve platform capabilities.
Collaborate with DevOps, MLOps, Data Engineering, QA, Security, and Product teams to deliver robust cloud-native solutions.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Run side:
Provide technical administration and operational support for the Conversational AI Platform.
Monitor platform health, chatbot performance, and application stability.
Troubleshoot production incidents and resolve complex technical issues.
Support environment provisioning and lifecycle management for new deployments.
Monitor and remediate security vulnerabilities across applications, dependencies, and infrastructure.
Contribute to continuous improvements by reducing technical debt and optimizing platform reliability.
Ensure operational excellence through proactive monitoring and automation.
This is your background
You have at least 5 years of experience in software engineering or platform engineering within demanding Agile and DevOps environments. You are passionate about Artificial Intelligence, automation, and cloud technologies, and you enjoy building scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.
You thrive in collaborative international environments where continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and technical excellence are valued.
This is your expertise:
Strong Python development experience
REST API development and API Management (APIGEE or similar)
Data engineering and pipeline orchestration (Airflow)
Elasticsearch and data preparation
DevOps tools: GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Argo CD
Agile software development methodologies
Knowledge of cloud-native architectures
Security best practices and vulnerability management
Understanding of Data & AI lifecycle and production AI platforms
Nice to have
HashiCorp Vault or other Secret Management solutions
React or other front-end development frameworks
Exposure to MLOps, AIOps, or Private Cloud environments
