We are looking for an Application Support Specialist to join a highly collaborative team responsible for supporting business-critical financial applications.

As part of the Application Support team, you will:

Provide functional and technical support for critical business applications (eFrame & Aggregator).

Support business users by responding to requests, incidents, and operational questions.

Manage and follow up support requests from analysis through resolution.
-
Ensure incidents and service requests are resolved within agreed SLAs.
-
Coordinate communication with business stakeholders during incidents and service disruptions.
-
Troubleshoot application and infrastructure-related issues alongside infrastructure and network teams.

Perform application installations and parameterization across UAT, Pre-Production, and Production environments.

Analyze business requirements and support application changes.
-
Perform impact analysis for change requests and coordinate implementations.

Automate deployment and configuration activities whenever possible.

Participate in Disaster Recovery tests, backup/restore activities, and certificate renewals.

Develop and execute test plans to validate application changes.
-
Ensure compliance with security standards, internal controls, and data privacy requirements.

Contribute to capacity planning and FinOps optimization initiatives.

Provide occasional support during critical periods, including limited weekend coverage when required.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, Technical Support, or similar roles.

Knowledge of Java and/or C# (used for application understanding and troubleshooting, not software development).

Experience supporting business-critical applications.

Experience managing incidents and support requests within SLA.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Experience communicating with business users and multiple stakeholders.

Knowledge of Microsoft Azure or other Cloud platforms.

Experience with Shell Scripting.

Knowledge of SQL Server and/or MongoDB.

Understanding of application security best practices.

Experience with software installation and configuration.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.

Financial services or banking industry experience.
