Vielfältige Aufgaben
- Provide reliable first-line IT support for colleagues in the Lisbon Hub, taking ownership of incidents and service requests from initial contact through to resolution or escalation to HQ where required.
- Set up, configure and support end-user devices (Windows and macOS), mobile devices and IT peripherals.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services, user account, permissions and mailbox management.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, enabling employees to be productive from day one.
- Develop, implement and continuously improve local IT support processes, including request handling, incident management, escalation paths and end-user communication.
- Asses, establish and maintain effective IT asset management processes, including request handling, incident management, escalation paths and end-user communication.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, users, suppliers, support procedures and recurring issues, while contributing to a structured knowledge base.
- Perform initial troubleshooting of hardware, software and application issues, escalating complex topics to HQ while ensuring appropriate follow-up.
- Coordinate with Central IT teams and external providers, acting as the local interface for operational requests and change initiatives.
- Support the selection, procurement and management of workplace technology and IT equipment, working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve local IT operations, workplace services and support processes, contributing to the development of a scalable and efficient IT function.
Überzeugendes Profil
Tech skills
- Several years of experience in IT support, IT operations, workplace services or a similar hands-on technical role.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Windows and macOS environments.
- Strong knowledge of end-user support, hardware and software troubleshooting, and workplace technologies.
- Experience with IT asset management and device Lifecycle administration.
- Proven ability to improve operational processes and implement practical IT solutions in evolving environments.
- Experience working with vendors and suppliers for IT equipment and related services is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management best practices.
Soft skills
- Professional communication skills in English and Portuguese (German is a plus), with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and management stakeholders.
- Structured, service-oriented and pragmatic approach to problem solving.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively and build structure in a growing organization.
- High level of ownership, reliability and accountability.
- Comfortable collaborating with remote teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Über den Bereich
You will be part of our growing IT Hub in Lisbon, which was established last year. The first IT colleagues joined in February, and the hub is now moving into its next phase of growth and stabilisation. In this role, you will work in a dynamic, hands-on and international environment, actively contributing to the build-up of reliable IT operations and support structures.
You will collaborate closely with the local Lisbon team as well as the IT support teams at our headquarters in Germany, ensuring smooth coordination, knowledge transfer and consistent service quality across locations. This position offers the opportunity to help shape processes, take ownership in a growing organisation and develop further alongside a motivated and supportive IT community.
You will operate within a structured IT service framework and work closely with initiative leads, delivery teams and hub leadership to ensure a controlled and scalable ramp‑up of the Lisbon organisation.
