THE ROLE
As Head of PR & Communications, you will lead the global communication strategy of the brand, translating its narrative into impactful and consistent messaging across media, digital platforms, events, influencers, and collaborations.
This is a key leadership role for someone with a strong strategic mindset, deep understanding of the digital landscape, and a proven ability to execute high-impact communication initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Define and lead the global external communication strategy, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and business objectives

Translate and adapt the brand narrative, key messages, and positioning across all external communication channels

Lead relationships with PR agencies, media, events partners, influencers, and talent

Manage media relations and identify editorial opportunities aligned with the brand

Ensure a strong and relevant digital-first communication approach across platforms, creators, communities, and cultural trends

Plan and deliver events end-to-end, ensuring consistency and impact

Define and execute influencer, creator, celebrity, and brand ambassador strategies

Identify and develop product collaborations and strategic partnerships

Coordinate closely with internal teams including product, ecommerce, legal, and leadership
Monitor performance, analyze results, and translate insights into actionable improvements, ensuring agility in response to market opportunities
PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field

Significant experience in a senior communication role, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or retail

Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, execution-driven mindset
-
Deep understanding of digital ecosystems, media landscape, and cultural trends

Proven experience managing agencies, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams

Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship management skills

Strong brand sensibility and alignment with Parfois DNA

Organized, proactive, and pragmatic mindset
-
Fluency in English is mandatory
