You manage the daily Liftra Self-Hoisting Crane business within Buss Energy Group.

You coordinate Liftra SHC projects with a strong focus on safety, planning quality and operational reliability.

You develop RAMS and other safety-related documentation together with HSE management and site teams.

You prepare and implement weekly project plans, considering technicians, tools, logistics units and permits.

You act as a key contact person between Buss Energy Group, Liftra, customers and site teams.

You maintain regular communication with site teams and customers throughout project execution.

You identify upcoming operational challenges, risks and bottlenecks at an early stage.

You inform management about relevant project developments and support structured decision-making.

Minimum 3 years of operational experience in crane operations, wind turbine installation, maintenance or logistics.

Practical experience with Nordex and/or Vestas wind turbines.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management or as Maintenance Site Lead in wind turbine operations.

Basic understanding of major component exchanges using conventional crane methods.

Experience with Liftra Self-Hoisting Crane operations is an advantage.

Good knowledge of MS Project and common Microsoft Office tools.

Fluent English language skills; German, Portuguese or Romanian are a plus.

Willingness to travel for site and customer visits, approximately 30% of the role.
