We are looking for a talented Cloud Application Production Support Engineer to join our Wealth Management Application Production Support (APS) team.
This role is ideal for professionals passionate about Cloud Operations, DevOps, Infrastructure Automation, Site Reliability, and Production Support within a highly regulated banking environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, availability, and continuous improvement of mission-critical applications supporting Wealth Management services. Working closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams, you will contribute to operational excellence through automation, proactive monitoring, incident management, and cloud-native technologies.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Public Cloud Platforms, Dynatrace, and Linux, while supporting critical banking operations on a global scale.
Production Support & Incident Management

Provide L1/L2 production support for Wealth Management applications and data platforms.

Manage incidents, service requests, and operational issues within defined SLA targets.

Participate in 24/7 production support rotations, including on-call, weekends, and public holidays.

Perform root cause analysis and drive resolution of production issues.
Monitoring & Reliability
-
Monitor applications, infrastructure, and middleware environments.
-
Analyze logs and performance metrics to proactively identify risks and service degradation.
-
Improve service availability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
-
Support Disaster Recovery (DR) tests and Live Play exercises.
Automation & Infrastructure
-
Build and maintain Ansible playbooks and Terraform scripts.
-
Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployments, and configuration management.
-
Promote Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and operational automation best practices.
-
Support and mentor team members on Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes technologies.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge articles.
-
Participate in production readiness reviews and application release activities.

Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and operational handovers.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing MTTD and MTTR.
Linux & System Administration

Strong expertise in Linux environments.

Advanced command-line (CLI) and Shell Scripting skills.

Experience troubleshooting complex production systems.
