We are looking for an experienced Cloud Support Infrastructure Expert to join a global Wealth Management Application Production Support (APS) team within a leading international banking environment.
This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in mission-critical environments and are passionate about Cloud Infrastructure, Automation, DevOps, Site Reliability, Kubernetes, Linux Administration, and Production Support.
You will play a key role in ensuring the stability, availability, security, and performance of business-critical applications and cloud platforms while driving automation, operational excellence, and continuous service improvement.
Working alongside international teams, you will contribute directly to the reliability of services that support Wealth Management operations globally.

Production Support & Operations

Provide production support for Wealth Management data platforms and applications.

Manage incidents, service requests, escalations, and operational issues.

Participate in a 24/7 support model, including shifts, on-call rotations, weekends, and public holidays.

Ensure adherence to SLAs and operational procedures.
Monitoring & Troubleshooting
-
Monitor application, infrastructure, and middleware environments.

Analyze logs, metrics, and system behavior to identify and resolve issues proactively.

Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions.
-
Support Disaster Recovery (DR) tests and Live Play activities.
Automation & Infrastructure Engineering
-
Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks and Terraform scripts.

Automate provisioning, deployments, configuration management, and operational processes.
-
Promote Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices.
-
Support cloud infrastructure modernization initiatives.
Knowledge Sharing & Collaboration

Create and maintain operational documentation and knowledge articles.

Participate in knowledge transfer sessions with development teams.

Mentor and support other operational teams on Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, and automation practices.

Collaborate with global APS and development teams to ensure platform stability.
Linux & System Administration

Strong expertise in Linux environments.
