BBDM - Ray Human Capital is currently supporting Ascendum in the recruitment of a Marketing Specialist.

Your Mission
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to help shape and execute Ascendum's global marketing automation and external communication strategy.
Working closely with local teams, external agencies and internal stakeholders, you will combine creativity with analytical thinking to continuously improve marketing performance.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement global email marketing and marketing automation campaigns;
- Create compelling content for email campaigns, social media and external communications;
- Manage customer journeys, lead nurturing flows and audience segmentation;
- Coordinate marketing initiatives across different geographies, ensuring consistency and alignment with global brand guidelines;
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns on time;
- Support the planning and communication of corporate events across digital channels and social media;
- Analyse campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities through data-driven insights;
- Contribute to the adoption of digital tools, automation and AI-powered solutions that improve marketing efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation or B2B Marketing;
- Experience with email marketing, content creation and social media management;
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly valued;
- Experience managing multichannel campaigns and customer journeys;
- Good analytical skills, including experience with Excel and campaign reporting;
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and digital content tools;
- Interest in AI and digitalisation applied to marketing;
- Fluent English, with the ability to work in an international environment.
