ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to provide support to our Marketing Manager and support for digital marketing initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with entry level professional experience who is eager to develop their skills in digital marketing, SEO, content creation, lead generation and marketing analytics. The successful candidate will work closely with marketing, commercial and operations teams to help execute campaigns and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and managing SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs and social media
- Support lead generation campaigns through email marketing, CRM tools and digital channels
- Use AI-powered tools to improve content creation, research and marketing workflows
- Help monitor website and campaign performance using analytics tools
- Support keyword research and SEO improvements
- Collaborate with operations, commercial and marketing teams on campaign execution
Requirements
Essential
- Education: Bachelor's degree or currently working toward a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as marketing coordination or administrative support role.
- Languages: Proficiency in both English and Portuguese.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in SEO, content marketing and digital lead generation.
- Comfortable learning and using new technologies, including AI-powered marketing tools.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Desirable
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and keyword research.
- Familiarity with WordPress, CRM platforms and email marketing tools.
- Experience using website analytics tools such as Semrush, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content management systems.
- Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Jasper or similar platforms.

Salary: 1,300 -1,500 euros per month
