We are looking for an experienced PPM Team Lead to join a growing international organization and play a key role in strengthening Project Portfolio Management (PPM) support, governance, and operational excellence.
This position combines technical expertise, team leadership, and service management responsibilities, making it an excellent opportunity for professionals who enjoy working at the intersection of business applications, support operations, and continuous improvement.
You will act as the technical reference for Planview Changepoint while leading and mentoring a Porto-based support team, helping drive service maturity, operational efficiency, and platform evolution.
As a Senior Solution Analyst / N2 Team Lead, you will combine two strategic responsibilities:
Technical Leadership (N3)
Act as the main technical expert for the organization's PPM ecosystem, with a focus on Planview Changepoint.
Operational Leadership (N2 Team Lead)
Lead and support the Porto-based N2 team, ensuring service quality, SLA compliance, process optimization, and continuous development of team capabilities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on technical problem solving and people leadership.
Technical Expertise & Platform Management

Act as the N3 technical reference for Planview Changepoint.

Manage platform administration, configuration, and integrations.

Coordinate activities with software vendors and external partners.

Resolve complex technical incidents and recurring issues.

Contribute to the evolution of the PPM roadmap.

Support platform optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Team Leadership & Service Management

Coordinate, mentor, and support the N2 support team.

Structure incident, request, and problem management processes.

Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and overall service quality.

Promote best practices and knowledge sharing across the team.

Drive operational maturity and process improvements.
Governance & Collaboration

Collaborate closely with ServiceNow teams and other internal stakeholders.

Maintain technical documentation, knowledge bases, and reporting dashboards.

Minimum 5 years of experience working with PPM solutions, preferably Planview Changepoint.
