We are looking for an experienced DevOps Infrastructure Engineer to join a highly skilled global team responsible for supporting and evolving a cutting-edge ultra-low latency algorithmic trading platform.
This is a unique opportunity to work with some of the most advanced infrastructure, networking, and software technologies in the financial industry. Our platform leverages best-in-class hardware and network solutions, including direct network card access to bypass the traditional TCP/IP stack and explicit processor affinity configurations to achieve exceptional performance and reliability.
As part of a globally distributed IT and business team, you will play a key role in designing, automating, and maintaining mission-critical infrastructure that supports high-performance electronic trading operations worldwide.
Based in Lisbon, you will collaborate closely with engineering, support, and business teams across multiple international locations, contributing directly to the success and continuous evolution of the platform.
Infrastructure & Platform Engineering

Develop, maintain, and enhance DevOps and infrastructure components of the electronic trading platform.

Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions to support business and technical requirements.

Contribute to infrastructure architecture and continuous platform improvements.
CI/CD & SDLC Ownership
-
Take ownership of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) toolchain and processes.

Drive CI/CD enhancements and optimization initiatives.

Support and execute migrations between development and deployment tools.

Ensure reliable, efficient, and automated software delivery pipelines.
Automation & Configuration Management
-
Develop and maintain infrastructure automation solutions.

Improve platform consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency through automation.

Work with configuration management and infrastructure-as-code practices.
Platform Support & Operations
-
Support complex application environments running on both Virtual and Bare Metal infrastructure.

Troubleshoot hardware, operating system, and networking issues.

Collaborate closely with Production Support teams to ensure platform stability and availability.

Participate in incident analysis and problem resolution activities.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Work closely with global engineering, business, and support teams.

Contribute to the delivery of high-quality services and platform capabilities.

DevOps & Site Reliability Engineering

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in DevOps and/or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).

Strong understanding of DevOps principles, automation, and infrastructure management.
