We are looking for an experienced Java & Kotlin Developer to join a challenging technology project in the insurance sector, focused on migrating legacy software into a modern microservices architecture.

Migration of insurance software applications to a modern microservices-based architecture

Strong focus on code quality, scalability, and maintainability

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Kotlin

Build and maintain desktop-oriented system features

Develop and consume RESTful APIs

Participate actively in code reviews and Pull Request approvals

Design solutions based on microservices architecture

Ensure high code quality by applying SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, and best practices

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

Create and maintain technical documentation for developed services

5 to 8 years of experience in backend development

Strong experience with Java and Kotlin (desktop-oriented development)

Experience with REST APIs

Solid knowledge of microservices architecture

Experience with code reviews, code quality, and architectural best practices
