Respond efficiently and professionally to customer inquiries regarding search engine features and technical troubleshooting.

Guide users through step-by-step solutions via chat, email, and phone.

Diagnose, prioritize, and escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing clear, empathetic, and accurate information.

Adapt quickly to tool updates, policy changes, and procedural improvements.

Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in both Dutch and English (written and spoken).

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to explain technical concepts simply.

Base Salary: €1,100 per month (paid over 14 months).

Performance Bonus: Up to €135 per month.

Attendance Bonus: €120 per month (paid over 11 months).
