We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics & Order Tracking Coordinator to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring global shipments, managing customs clearance processes, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external logistics partners.
You’ll play a key role in keeping orders moving efficiently across our international hubs, minimizing delays, and supporting a seamless customer experience.
Order Tracking & Monitoring
Customs Clearance & Documentation
Liaise with customs authorities in destination countries to resolve shipment holds
Prepare and submit required documentation, including commercial invoices and supporting certificates
Manage UK customs clearance with accurate and timely submissions
Origin Operations (India & China)
Exception Management
Collaborate with courier partners (DHL, FedEx, UPS, and freight forwarders) to resolve delivery issues
Handle cases such as missing addresses, failed delivery attempts, and customs delays
Customer Communication Support

Continuous Improvement
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations (preferred)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and coordination skills

Experience with tools like monday.com or similar platforms is advantageous
