Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the engineering team, promoting technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning;
- Define and manage the end‑to‑end architecture of the CloudCockpit platform (.NET), ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability;
- Actively contribute to development, especially in critical and complex features. Ensure high standards in code quality, testing, and DevOps practices;
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to translate user needs into effective technical solutions, promoting a user-centric approach and contributing to product ideation and evolution.
- Ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of the team’s deliverables. Proactively identify and resolve complex technical issues;
- Lead system design efforts by defining a sustainable architecture aligned with long-term product and business needs.
- Ensure technical decisions are translated into business value, promoting development cost efficiency and continuously balancing technical investment with product priorities.
Job qualifications
- More than 5 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on the Microsoft ecosystem (.NET, C#);
- More than 2 years in technical leadership roles (Tech Lead, Senior Engineer with leadership responsibilities, or equivalent), guiding and developing engineering teams;
- Proven experience in designing and delivering complex, scalable, and reliable software solutions, ideally in a SaaS environment;
- Experience executing the technical roadmap, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries.
- Experience in managing and mitigating technical debt;
- Daily use of AI at work (system design, coding, feature delivery);
- Fluent in Portuguese and Portuguese.
Technical Skills
- Advanced knowledge of .NET and C#. Experience with SQL Server (data modeling, optimization, and queries);
- Knowledge of frontend development. Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services (App Services, Azure SQL, Functions, Azure DevOps);
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services to develop and operate the platform at global scale.
- Experience with Power BI development or integration is a plus;
- Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design and modern software development patterns;
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Leadership & Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts;
- Proven ability to mentor and develop engineers. Strong product mindset, with a passion for understanding user needs and creating solutions with tangible value. Collaborative mindset and experience working in agile development environments;
- Proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership;
- Ability to make pragmatic decisions, balancing technical excellence with business needs.
