About the role
The Information Security Analyst acts as a business-facing security and compliance partner, supporting Acolad’s operations in all matters related to information security, data privacy, and risk management. This role bridges the gap between technical security teams, business stakeholders, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a point of contact for business teams and clients on information security topics.
Support customer security assessments and security questionnaires.
Support external audits, certifications, and compliance assessments (e.g., ISO 27001, customer audits).
Assist in the development, maintenance, and review of information security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
Assist business units in identifying, assessing, and managing information security risk
Support the development, maintenance, and review of Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP).
Coordinate and support periodic user access reviews for critical systems and applications.
Monitor security metrics, KPIs, and reporting
Support awareness, training, and security culture initiatives across the organization.
Maintain security documentation, evidence repositories, and audit records.
Collaborate with IT, Technology, Legal, HR, and business stakeholders to ensure security requirements are appropriately implemented.
Requirements
Degree in Information Security, IT, Risk Management or similar
1-3 years in Information Security, Risk, Compliance, or Data Privacy
Knowledge of ISO 27001, GDPR
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Analytical mindset
Understanding of business processes and risk
Fluent English
