We are looking for a QA Analyst
Context
The main objective is to contribute to and support end-to-end testing activities, ensuring the quality and reliability of applications in the insurance domain.
Main Mission
To design, execute and monitor manual testing activities, ensuring the quality of deliverables and supporting business validation processes within the insurance scope.
Main Responsibilities
- Design, execute and maintain manual test cases
- Track and manage defects (bug follow-up)
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
- Participate in test effort estimation and risk identification
- Review and analyze test results
- Prepare test status reports and issue tracking reports
Profile & Skills
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as QA Analyst (mandatory)
- Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working in testing environments within structured teams
- Fluent in French (minimum B2 – mandatory)
Technical Skills
- Solid experience in manual testing (mandatory)
Nice to have
- Experience with JIRA / X-Ray
- Experience in API testing (SoapUI and/or Postman)
- Knowledge of SQL Developer
Hybrid work model, with presence required in Lisbon office.
