The Junior Strategic Project Manager will report directly to Senior Strategic Project Managers or C-level executives and will be responsible for the launch, planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects that are essential to the organization. This role also involves collaboration across multiple internal departments, as well as potential collaboration with external consultants and partners.
ROLE:
Collaborate closely with department heads and executive leadership to ensure consistency with strategic objectives;
Develop evidence-based insights to support strategy formulation and decision-making;
Address and resolve critical interdepartmental issues affecting the business;
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong academic background in Business, Economics, or related Engineering disciplines;
Proven ability to think strategically and analytically while addressing complex problems;
Leadership skills, high sense of responsibility, and ability to work autonomously;
Capacity to perform in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple simultaneous projects.
