The Junior Strategic Project Manager will report directly to Senior Strategic Project Managers or C-Level executives and will be responsible for leading, planning, executing, and closing strategic projects that are critical to the organization. This role will involve collaborating with various departments across the organization, as well as potentially working with external consultants and business partners.
ROLE:
Work closely with department heads and the C-suite to align organizational efforts with strategic objectives
Produce data-based insights to support strategy formulation
Address critical issues affecting the company across multiple departments
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently
QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent academic record in Business, Economics, or Engineering
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analytically, and solve challenging problems
Strong leadership skills, a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to work autonomously
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects at the same time
