The Strategic Project Manager will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for leading, planning, executing, and delivering strategic projects that are essential to the organization. This role will involve working closely with multiple departments across the company, as well as collaborating with external consultants and key stakeholders when required.
ROLE:
Identify, assess, and resolve critical business challenges across different departments;
Lead the planning, implementation, and successful completion of strategic projects;
Partner closely with department heads and the C-suite to ensure organizational initiatives are aligned with strategic objectives;
Develop data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making;
Coordinate timelines, budgets, and project resources efficiently;
Support the company's overall strategic planning and business direction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant discipline; MBA is highly desirable;
At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position or in consultancy, project management, or business strategy;
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze complex situations, and solve challenging problems;
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously;
Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate across different business areas while working independently.
