The Strategic Project Manager will report directly to the CEO and will take ownership of the development, planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives vital to the organisation. This role involves close coordination with multiple internal departments, as well as collaboration with external consultants and partners when required.
ROLE:
Identify, assess, and resolve critical cross-departmental challenges impacting the business;
Lead the end-to-end management of strategic projects, from planning through to final implementation;
Work in close collaboration with department heads and executive leadership to ensure strategic alignment;
Develop data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and execution;
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation efficiently;
Contribute directly to the organisation’s strategic direction and long-term planning.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Business, Engineering, or a similar field (MBA highly valued);
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, consulting, project management, or business strategy;
Strong strategic and analytical thinking with proven decision-making capabilities;
Ability to operate in a dynamic environment while managing multiple concurrent projects;
Leadership skills with the ability to work independently and across departments.
