Junior Access Management Analyst
Responsibilities
Review, approve, modify, and revoke user access requests across enterprise applications and platforms
Support user lifecycle management, including onboarding, role changes, and offboarding
Assist with Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes to ensure secure and compliant access
Manage user access within enterprise applications, including SAP and other business systems
Ensure users have the appropriate licenses and permissions required for their roles
Support access governance activities and contribute to protecting organizational data
Coordinate user decommissioning requests, ensuring timely and accurate execution
Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and security teams to resolve access-related requests and issues
Support IT Service Management (ITSM) processes using ServiceNow or similar platforms
Prepare operational reports and project status updates to support management and decision-making
Contribute to process improvements that enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and security
Adapt to changing priorities while delivering high-quality support across multiple initiatives
Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field (preferred)
Up to 2 years of experience in IT Operations, Access Management, Identity & Access Management (IAM), or a similar role
Basic understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts and access governance
Familiarity with SAP user access administration is a plus
Basic knowledge of VMware or other virtualization technologies
Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
Basic understanding of cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure and AWS
Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow
Basic knowledge of project coordination and reporting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
