The Strategic Project Manager will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and successful delivery of strategic projects that are critical to the organization. This role requires close collaboration with multiple departments, as well as interaction with external consultants and stakeholders whenever necessary.
ROLE:
Identify, analyze, and resolve critical business challenges across different departments;
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects, ensuring successful outcomes;
Collaborate closely with department leaders and C-Level executives to align initiatives with the company’s strategic objectives;
Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making;
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure delivery within scope;
Contribute to the definition and implementation of the company’s long-term strategic direction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is highly desirable;
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, management consulting, project management, or business strategy;
Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, with a proven ability to solve complex problems;
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively across departments, both independently and collaboratively.
