The Junior Strategic Project Manager will report directly to Senior Strategic Project Managers or C-Level executives and will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects that are critical to the organization. This role involves working closely with different departments across the business, as well as supporting interactions with external consultants and stakeholders when required.
ROLE:
Work closely with department heads and C-Level executives to align organizational initiatives with strategic objectives;
Develop data-driven analyses and insights to support strategic planning and decision-making;
Identify, analyze, and help solve critical business challenges across different departments;
Support the management of project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent academic performance in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field;
Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex problems;
Leadership potential, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently;
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
