Product Owner – Marketing & Sales Data
We are looking for a Business Data Product Owner to join an international organization and contribute to the development of a group-wide Marketing & Sales Data Product.
The goal is to make marketing and sales activities measurable across the full customer journey, from campaigns and leads through to customers, revenue, and profitability.
Responsibilities
Own the business responsibility for the Marketing & Sales Data Product.
Define, develop, and prioritize the business roadmap.
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Analytics, and Management.
Develop and harmonize key marketing and sales KPIs.
Establish group-wide standards for marketing and sales data.
Define business requirements, data standards, and data governance guidelines.
Support business departments in using the data product and making data-driven decisions.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
Several years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Data Product Owner, or similar.
Strong understanding of Marketing, Sales, or CRM processes.
Experience with data products, analytics, or Business Intelligence solutions.
Knowledge of modern data warehouse and cloud technologies, ideally Snowflake.
Experience with SQL, data modelling, and data quality frameworks.
Ability to translate business requirements into concrete data and reporting solutions.
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Structured, independent, and strategic working style.
Experience with Scrum or Kanban.
Very good English skills.
