Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

Analyze fraud-related processes, transaction data, and business requirements to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement;
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams;
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, producing data-driven insights to support decision-making and optimize fraud prevention processes;
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to implement solutions, support incident analysis, and drive continuous improvement in fraud and payment services.
Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Fraud, Payments, Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech;
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, process analysis, and stakeholder management;
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using SQL, Power BI, Excel, and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making;
- Knowledge of fraud prevention, transaction monitoring, or payment ecosystems is highly valued;
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset.
