For our Nestlé Business Solutions team, we are currently looking for a People Analytics Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality People Analytics across the region by applying established analytical methodologies and standardized approaches. The role will produce accurate analyses, insights, and reporting to support HR and business decision-making, while ensuring alignment with global standards, frameworks, and governance.

Deliver accurate and timely People Analytics reports, analyses, and dashboards, applying established global and regional methodologies, templates, and standards.

Translate data into clear, fact-based insights and visualizations to support HR and business decision-making.

Analyze key people metrics, including headcount, turnover, talent, and engagement, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.

Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and provide meaningful analytics solutions.

Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity by applying data standards and performing validation checks.

Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports to support regional and market stakeholders.

Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure alignment with reporting governance, methodologies, and agreed metrics.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of People Analytics processes, tools, and reporting solutions.
What will make you successful

Master's degree or equivalent education.

Experience across different areas of HR, such as Talent, Total Rewards, HR Business Partnering, or Centers of Scale.

Proven experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, or Data Analytics.

Experience leading projects and collaborating across geographically distributed teams.

Strong analytical skills, with knowledge of statistical approaches and data-driven problem solving.

Experience with analytics and reporting tools, including advanced Excel skills.

Understanding of HR data domains, including workforce, talent, engagement, and DE&I.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.

High attention to detail and commitment to data quality and accuracy.
