This role is a new addition to the Specialized HR/EQS Solutions team, created to support the recent transition of EHS & sustainability (EQS) reporting to a centralized analytics platform. The business has adopted Power BI and Snowflake to replace fragmented solutions, and this position is essential for the ongoing operation and maintenance of this new global reporting infrastructure. To address this need, the role will focus on two primary areas: the end-to-end management of the EQS data lifecycle within the Snowflake data warehouse, including ETL processes and data quality assurance, and the development and administration of Power BI dashboards. These responsibilities ensure the delivery of accurate, auditable, and accessible EHS & sustainability insights to global stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role.

Hands-on experience with BI visualization tools, specifically Power BI.

Demonstrable experience with SQL and data warehousing platforms (e.g., Snowflake).

Expertise in business intelligence and visualization, including Power BI, data visualization, business analytics, and strong analytical skills to transform data into actionable insights and support informed decision‑making.

Well‑developed professional abilities, including troubleshooting and problem‑solving, data‑driven decision‑making, experience with ServiceNow, and the application of agile methodologies to support efficient service delivery and continuous improvement.
