We are looking for a hands-on HR Consultant who thrives working independently and isn't afraid to own the full People & Administration scope for our Lisbon site.
At Conectys, we’re turning the page from Business Process Outsourcing to Business Transformation Outsourcing. The result: elastic, lightning-fast and cost-efficient CX, Trust & Safety compliance, Data Annotation & Labeling, and Content Moderation. Business transformation goes beyond adding headcount in outsourcing with our four‑talent engine that is designed to transform business operations in a more agile, intelligent and cutting‑edge way. Conectys is human expertise and native technology, working in seamless harmony and driving business growth
As an HR People & Administration Consultant you will be responsible for the full HR administration and labor relations lifecycle for our Lisbon site. Acting as the internal expert on the Portuguese Labor Code, you will provide specialized guidance to stakeholders while ensuring accuracy and compliance across all HR documentation, offers, and internal procedures. You will also own the end-to-end onboarding journey for new joiners and handle day-to-day HR administrative functions independently.
Within your role, you will:
- Execute core HR administration processes end-to-end with full adherence to internal procedures and labour law - including HR document preparation, collection, distribution, registration, and archiving
- Ensure compliance and consistency across all HR documentation, acting as a knowledgeable resource on Portuguese Labour Code requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date organizational charts, job descriptions, and compensation & benefits records
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive working environment, maintaining professional relationships across teams and contributing to continuous process improvement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR Administration matters, providing specialized support and practical guidance to internal stakeholders in line with local labour legislation and company policies
- Analyze and present HR data and reports, identifying errors, legal risks, and proposing solutions for validation by relevant stakeholders
- Support the optimization and implementation of HR processes and procedures, including contributing to global initiatives where needed
- Provide HR Administration support to our Colombia office when required, applying relevant local processes and employment practices and coordinating with the appropriate stakeholders
Office Location: R. Cel. Bento Roma 4, Lisbon
What will make you successful for the role:
- Portuguese (C1 or above) and English (C1 or above) are both essential, as you will communicate with local, regional and global stakeholders on a daily basis.
- HR Administration background - you bring hands-on experience covering the full HR admin lifecycle, ideally within a fast-paced or operationally demanding environment.
- Autonomy – This is a hands-on HR Administration role where you'll take ownership of the full People & Administration scope for our Lisbon site. You'll independently manage day-to-day HR operations while partnering closely with managers and global HR teams to deliver a seamless employee experience.
- Comfortable working primarily from the office, with flexibility for occasional hybrid work, as the role involves supporting employees in person and managing physical HR documentation.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- A degree in Human Resources, Law or a related field will be considered an advantage.
- Previous experience with or knowledge of Colombian HR administration and local employment practices.
