For Content Moderator:
As a Content Moderator, the agent will be responsible for reviewing and moderating videos from a major social media platform. This role involves exposure to sensitive and potentially disturbing content, requiring resilience and strong emotional balance.
The moderator will analyze and evaluate content, apply the platform’s community guidelines, and accurately tag each video with the appropriate decision.
For Customer Support:
A global leader in insulin delivery and diabetes technology, the company designs, manufactures and sells advanced automated insulin delivery systems that reduce the burden of diabetes management, while creating new possibilities for patients, their loved ones, and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer care and technical assistance for medical devices, ensuring accurate order management and empathetic support to patients across European markets
Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for medical diabetes devices and accessories.
Assist patients with product usage through multichannel support (calls, email, chat, SMS).
Manage order intake, renewals, and documentation in compliance with guidelines.
Apply active listening and empathy in sensitive situations.
Follow defined procedures and scripts to ensure regulatory and safety standards.
Requirements:
Speak German or Dutch or Italian or Romanian fluently (C1/C2);
English B2;
Ability to work independently and/or in a team;
Problem solving-skills;
Good communications skills (both verbal and written);
Positive attitude;
Ambitious.
Note: Portuguese Residence card, or EU passport is required for NON-EU candidates.
