Position Summary
For our NBS Trade Assets department, we are currently looking for a Direct to Consumer Operations Specialist. Reporting to the Trade Assets Supervisor, this professional will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end execution of Direct to Consumer operations within Project MORE, ensuring effective coordination of operational activities, stakeholder collaboration, and high-quality service delivery across European markets.
Ensure accurate and complete data capture across multiple systems (D365, SAP, Vendon, PSP platforms)
Perform regular data reconciliation to identify and resolve discrepancies ahead of month-end close
Support the calculation and validation of revenue share models with external partners and vendors
Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, IT, Commercial) to resolve data integrity issues
Maintain and improve revenue data reporting dashboards and reconciliation tools
Document reconciliation processes and suggest continuous improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency
Support audits and internal controls related to revenue share reporting and calculations
What will make you successful
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in a financial or data analysis role, preferably with exposure to revenue operations or revenue assurance
Proficient in Excel; experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
