Senior Salesforce Developer – Service Cloud

YOUR ROLE

In this role, you should expect to:

Develop and maintain custom Salesforce Service Cloud solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Lead the technical design and architecture of solutions, ensuring scalability and alignment with best practices.
Configure and enhance core Service Cloud capabilities, including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Service Console, and Knowledge.
Design and manage integrations with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft.
Optimize data models, system performance, and automation, leveraging Salesforce Flow whenever possible.
Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and collaborate closely with analysts, business teams, and stakeholders.

YOUR PROFILE

5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with strong expertise in Service Cloud and end-to-end project delivery in enterprise environments.
Advanced knowledge of Apex, LWC, Lightning Framework, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce data and security models.
Strong experience in Service Cloud functionalities, including Case Management, Omni-Channel, SLAs/Entitlements, Email-to-Case, and Web-to-Case.
Proven ability to design and implement integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events, and event-driven architectures.
Solid understanding of DevOps and quality practices, including Git, Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and deployment strategies.
Strong architectural thinking, problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and technical leadership/mentoring capabilities.
