YOUR ROLE
As a Python Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable backend applications in a cloud-native environment. You will work closely with development, DevOps, and data engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions while following Agile/Scrum best practices.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Python backend development
- Solid hands-on experience with Flask API andREST API development
- Experience working with Redis caching mechanisms
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerized application development and orchestration
- Experience with Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment management
- Familiarity with Azure cloud and container service
- Experience working with Databricks and Apache Spark
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL database management and optimization
- Proficiency with Git and version control systems
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Hybrid-Model - 2 times a week in the Oporto Office
- English is mandatory
