The Developer mission is to contribute to the functional and application related consistency of the IT solution and ensure the service continuity and continuous development
The Developer must perform activities within the framework of projects and/or application maintenance and development seeking its continuous development and assuring its compliance with Quality and Security guidelines and best practices
Your Main Activities Are
Code and test software components and parts assigned to them for the technical domains under their responsibility in compliance with development and security norms and standards
Help in the design, model and implementation of the product’s solution, as necessary, with the objective of optimize the quality of the code and its future maintainability
Participate in the delivery of the product components in the different environments, in close collaboration with other teams whenever necessary
Act as a reference in the function and capitalize on the gathered experience to share knowledge, train and coach others
Profile and Skills to Success
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in IT
Knowledge of Java Fullstack (Spring Boot/ Angular/ React)
Knowledge of API Design, REST webservices
Knowledge of Gitlab (pipeline CI/CD) / Ansible
Knowledge of JUnit / Octane
Agile methodology DevOps / Jira/ Confluence
Fluent in English, spoken and written
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset
Strong collaboration skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Team player with mentoring capabilities
About the Team
As part of the Transversal Assets and Information Technology Transversal & Functions (ITT&F) organization, the Referential domain manages reference (master) data shared across the Group, ensuring consistency, standardization, and a unified view of data attributes and nomenclatures
The team delivers Master Data solutions across Finance, Risk, and Human Resources, covering counterparty data, financial and organizational structures, as well as nomenclatures and data dictionaries
