The role is created to drive new Artificial Intelligence initiatives for EQS processes, aiming to enhance efficiency and functionality through system-independent AI solutions. To address this, the role will focus on three core areas: the end-to-end architecture of new AI solutions, the integration of data flows from various HR and EQS systems, and the operational management and continuous improvement of both new and existing AI applications.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

Extensive professional experience as a Solution Architect, with a strong focus on designing and implementing AI, machine learning, or data-driven systems.

Proven experience managing large, complex technical projects with limited oversight, consistent with a Specialist Professional (P4) level.

Demonstrated expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and modern software development lifecycles.
Expertise in AI and solution design, including strategic thinking, cloud services, microservices architecture, application programming interfaces (APIs), and knowledge of the systems development life cycle to deliver scalable, innovative, and business‑aligned technology solutions.
Expertise in technical implementation and operations, including proficiency in Python and SQL, experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices, and strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving capabilities to support reliable, efficient, and scalable technology solutions.
Effective process and collaboration capabilities, including the application of agile methodologies, consulting expertise, and workflow management to support efficient delivery, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement.
