Natixis in Portugal is currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join its TE&S (Tech Expertise and Solution) team, within the IT department.
As a Senior Developer, you will work closely with business stakeholders and other developers to design, develop and deploy complex Salesforce solutions.
Main responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of custom applications on the Salesforce platform;
Architect and implement complex Salesforce solutions based on business requirements;
Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams of developers, architects and analysts;
Mentor and coach junior developers and conduct code reviews;
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs;
Develop and implement best practices for Salesforce development, integration and deployment;
Troubleshoot and debug issues related to Salesforce applications;
Implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems, including third-party APIs;
Write and execute unit and integration tests;
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Hard skills:
At least 5 years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform;
Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce and Lightning components;
Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, web services and middleware;
Knowledge of Salesforce security and data modeling;
Experience with version control systems, such as Git;
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II or Technical Architect, preferred;
Experience leading teams and providing technical leadership;
Proficiency in English, mandatory.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
