We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join a strategic digital transformation initiative within the Automotive Technology sector. This role will be instrumental in bridging business needs and Salesforce solutions, supporting the migration and optimization of CRM processes while collaborating with international stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners.

Business Analysis & Process Design

Act as a key liaison between Business, IT teams, and external Salesforce implementation partners.

Support the Business Lead during discovery and analysis activities.

Analyze existing Microsoft Dynamics (SalesCore) processes and contribute to their transition into Salesforce.

Gather, document, and validate business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications.

Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to identify business needs and solution opportunities.
Salesforce Solution Design

Drive the design and alignment of business processes within Salesforce Sales Cloud.

Promote Salesforce best practices and advocate for a "configuration over customization" approach.

Help define scalable and sustainable CRM solutions aligned with business objectives.

Support the clarification of functional and technical requirements related to Salesforce implementations.
Process & Data Understanding

Develop a deep understanding of system landscapes, integrations, interfaces, and data flows.

Analyze process dependencies and identify opportunities for optimization.

Support data migration and governance initiatives.
Agile Delivery

Collaborate with Agile teams to define, prioritize, and refine user stories.

Support backlog management and requirement tracking activities.

Ensure proper documentation and knowledge sharing throughout the project lifecycle.

5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.

Proven experience participating in Salesforce implementation, migration, or transformation projects.

Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
