Job Description -
Inviting applications for the role of MGA Finance operations Specialist _ Spanish
-
Lisasing with brokers to identify cash received
-
Production of reconciliations of Websure accounts, including posting transactions and query management.
-
Assist the service company accountants with the internal and external reporting requirements of the entities.
-
Assisting with the annual audit. Ensuring reporting to Websure is accurate and agreed to the General ledger / reported numbers.
-
Assisting and leading remediation projects based on Websure and Finance reconciliations.
-
Assist with the chasing of debts from external brokers.
-
Liaising with internal and external brokers and carriers to agree balances.
-
Working with IT to improve reporting.
-
Assist the Service Company accountants or Head of Finance Operations with any adhoc tasks.
Person Specification:
-
Can maintain excellent attention to detail;
-
Experience in the insurance industry or finance role;
-
Good computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and Excel;
-
Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure;
-
Innovative and open minded in approaching issues and determining solutions;
-
Confident communicator who builds good relationships across the business;
-
Self-motivated working as a team and individually;
-
Experience of Oracle general ledger;
-
Proven track record of innovation and process development;
-
Credit control experience.
