We are looking for a Business Analyst to join an international team responsible for supporting and evolving critical actuarial applications used in financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
This position combines Business Analysis, Application Support, and Agile delivery, working closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore development teams to ensure platform stability, continuous improvement, and successful implementation of new business requirements.

Collaborate with the Product Owner to build and prioritize the product backlog.

Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements for new initiatives and enhancements.

Create, refine, and manage User Stories.

Coordinate activities with business users and technical teams.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.

Support and maintain critical actuarial applications and their ecosystems.

Provide both functional and technical support to end users.

Monitor incidents and ensure SLA compliance.

Coordinate maintenance requests through to successful completion.

Participate in platform testing activities.

Define and execute non-regression and sanity test cases.

Explain technical improvements, security updates, and operational changes to business stakeholders.

Maintain technical and operational documentation, knowledge bases, and reference materials.

Ensure compliance with engineering standards and security policies.

Collaborate with offshore development teams.

Contribute to continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence.

Advanced Microsoft Excel with VBA.
